Project Details
Business Case:
The world’s largest IT security organization, ISC2, specializes in training and certifications for cybersecurity professionals. The cybersecurity training materials faced becoming obsolete, lacked relevance to the latest threats and technologies while traditional training methods were failing to captivate the audience, leading to reduced engagement and retention of crucial cybersecurity concepts.
Opportunities:
Operating within the constraints of a limited Learning Management System (LMS) and facing tight turnaround times, ISC2 aimed to develop rich, interactive versions of courses and assets. These versions could be regularly updated by staff without coding experience, localized for specific global regions, and delivered within a scalable framework.
Objective:
Enhance and modernize the cybersecurity certification programs by transforming outdated training materials and create engaging, interactive eLearning content at a scalable level, that aligns with contemporary cybersecurity challenges..
Outcome:
A customized eLearning Framework was developed that not only introduced branded UI components to the existing LMS but also significantly enhanced the user experience through micro-learning interactions. As a result, engagement levels saw a remarkable increase of 30% year over year, indicating the successful revitalization of the cybersecurity certification programs..
